Based on over 40 years of experience in special printing,
we produce large-sized high-precision negative films with one of the world’s largest laser drawing machines.
High-precision negative films are essential for LCD panel, semiconductor, and integrated circuit manufacturing, and can be efficiently used in large sizes.
Major applications
Masks for screen printing plates
Dimensional accuracy: Total pitch ± 100 μm
Compared to outputting on each small negative film and connecting them together, outputting in batches on a single large-sized negative film has the advantage of not only improving accuracy but also significantly reducing man-hours.
Our negative films have been used for many applications, including the coating of polarizing plates, which make up liquid crystal panels.
Negative films for touch sensor wiring
Dimensional accuracy: Sensors 5 μm, Traces 15–20 μm
Film masks are attracting attention because they are inexpensive compared to glass masks, which are very expensive.
Our conductive silver mesh films have been used for many applications, including automotive touch screens.
Negative films for metal etching and etching on photomasks for exposure
Our negative films support the resolution that corresponds to the common minimum line width of several hundred micrometers.
