We manufacture and have held the largest global market share for flexographic printing plates specialized for alignment film printing for liquid crystal panels. The fine irregularities (halftone dots) formed on the surface enable the printing plates to hold ink evenly for high-quality film printing.
Based on over 40 years of experience in special printing, we produce large-sized, high-precision negative films with one of the world’s largest laser drawing machines. High-precision negative films are essential for LCD panel, semiconductor, and integrated circuit manufacturing and can be efficiently used in large sizes.
Located on a site of approximately 5,200 m2, our production base has a huge clean room of approximately 3,500 m2 and state-of-the-art mass production equipment.
In the best possible environment and under a carefully designed system, we produce products of excellent quality, including ultra-high-definition negative films and plates for flexographic printing of liquid crystal alignment film.
Also located on this site is a research building, where we continue to further improve product quality and functions and develop new technologies toward the next generation.
